We are looking for a service writer/shop manager with a solid background in running an efficient, medium volume shop ($1-2 million/year). We have built a loyal customer base over the past 25 years and need someone who can continue providing a high level of service. We have two locations, one in Bothell and one in Monroe and are looking for flexibility for you to be in either shop depending on work load. We have a pay structure that can grow from a fixed salary to a results based model depending on your performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Perform auto service estimates, communicate with and advise customers based on their needs, and follow up to make sure we've met expectations. You will have the ability/expectation to make decisions that create the best environment and experience for your techs and customers. Manage the flow of parts and vehicles to keep your techs busy and productive.
