Audi Great Neck is seeking an experienced, polished Finance Manager to join our luxury used vehicle operation. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in a consultative sales environment and understands the importance of discretion, compliance, and an exceptional client experience. Previous automotive F&I experience is preferred; however, strong finance or high-level sales experience with luxury clientele will be considered.

Position Overview

The Luxury Used Car Finance Manager plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, white-glove purchase experience. This individual will partner with sales leadership to structure deals, guide clients through financing solutions, and ensure all transactions meet regulatory and brand standards. Success in this role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer credit applications to secure competitive financing options through a network of preferred lenders
Consult with clients to determine tailored finance and payment solutions that align with their needs and expectations
Present and ethically sell value-added products including service contracts, GAP, and other ancillary protections
Prepare, review, and finalize all delivery and funding documentation accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations
Maintain strong relationships with lending partners to ensure smooth funding and optimal approvals
Consistently achieve monthly F&I performance goals, including income, product penetration, and customer satisfaction metrics
Contribute to a refined, luxury purchase experience that reflects the dealership’s brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

Proven ability to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in a client-facing role
Professional, confident demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a structured, process-driven environment
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-based role
