What You’ll Do

As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department, owning the experience from start to finish.

Greet customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional service experience
Take full ownership of each customer’s service visit, ensuring clear communication and follow-through
Act as a concierge for customer needs, both in person and over the phone
Explain vehicle conditions, repair recommendations, warranties, and service timelines in a clear, confident way
Assist with diagnosing vehicle concerns and coordinate parts and tools as needed
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently
Maintain customer satisfaction and happiness scores at or above company standards
Reinforce company policies while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Build strong relationships with technicians, management, and factory partners
Contribute positively to team culture and overall dealership success

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer (franchise dealership or independent shop)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Confident explaining technical information to non-technical customers
Proven record of customer satisfaction and service or sales success
Professional appearance and demeanor
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
