Qualified Automotive Service Writer/Shop Manager with experience needed. Fulltime and part time position available. We are looking for a motivated individual who pays attention to detail, can multitask, has great customer skills and can manage a team of technicians. Applicants MUST be have experience with automotive shop software, Preferably R.O. Writer, and or AutoVitals software And MUST BE CURRENTLY WORKING as a service writer or service manager in the automotive field. The applicant will need to know how to create an invoice for the customer using the companies computer Software. The applicant will need to be able to explain and sell necessary repairs to customers, and effectively communicate what is happening to a customers vehicle and answer questions and concerns from customers. Applicant must have valid drivers license with a good driving record. Our shop has the latest in diagnostic and alignment equipment. Job Qualifications:

MUST have Automotive experience

· Experience with automotive shop software

R.O. Writer and or AutoVitals Smartflow (Preferred)

· Create an invoice for the customer’s vehicle

· Explain and sell necessary repairs to customers

· Effectively communicate what is happening to a customer’s vehicle

· Answer questions and concerns from customers

· Manage team of technicians to get jobs completed

· Ability to service and repair vehicles (Preferred)

· Have valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
