BMW Mini of Allentown is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to join our successful team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting sales managers to lead and direct the entire sales staff to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Our F&I managers are well versed in assisting customers with the financing of their purchases and also presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.

Prior Dealership experience and Reynolds &Reynolds Proficiency a must.
BMW finance experience desirable; luxury line experience is a plus.
Only candidates with a proven track record as an F&I manager will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Sell financing and other finance and insurance products to customers.
Sell Extended Warranties and all other after market items.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, factory and otherwise.
Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Submit paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals.
Work with Sales Manager to secure a reasonable profit from every sale.
Handle all rate quotations.
Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
Establish and meet monthly objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in finance management within an automotive dealership environment required.
Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in automotive finance software applications.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
Ability to negotiate effectively and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
