Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans to optimize service operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands
Lead, motivate, and supervise senior managers and operational teams to achieve performance targets and uphold service standards.
Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance productivity
Collaborate with business development teams to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies for expanding service offerings
Oversee project management initiatives related to service delivery improvements, technology upgrades, or new program launches
Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, and continuous learning within the team to sustain high levels of engagement and performance

Proven expertise in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and process optimization
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large teams and supervising senior staff members effectively
