Cactus Auto is a family run business that lives the term "family" each day. In the past two years we have grown from selling 50 vehicles, 75 vehicles, 100 vehicles to 150-200 vehicles!

We are committed to the Parts and Service arena of our business in all aspects of personnel, facility, training and culture. This position is key to our growth.

85% of our Parts and Service movements are for internal reconditioning of our used car inventory. We also have Service Contract business and have a big plan for full retain service in the future.

This position will be the lead Advisor/Specialist at our Service Desk. Assisting the Service Director in many aspects of technician production, customer handling and getting the inventory to the "front line" with speed and craftsmanship.

We are currently adding and training a dedicated Parts specialist and our remodeling space internally for parts housing.

We are looking for an extremely optimistic person that thrives in problem solving, planning, solutions and measurables successes that align with the company vision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
