We are a growing multi-location automotive repair company in Metro Detroit looking for experienced Service Advisors who want to work in a structured, high-performing shop environment.

This role is designed for advisors who understand shop operations, can communicate clearly with customers, and want to earn strong income in a well-run system.

Compensation

Base pay plus commission on gross profit

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Managing repair orders from check-in to completion

Communicating repair recommendations clearly to customers

Working closely with technicians to ensure accurate timelines

Maintaining strong relationships with both retail and fleet customers

What We’re Looking For

Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience required

Strong communication and organization skills

Ability to confidently present repair recommendations

Experience working in a fast-paced shop environment

Team-first mindset
