Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Demonstrate vehicles confidently, highlighting features and benefits to match customer preferences.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software to track sales progress and follow-up activities.
Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to enhance the customer experience and increase dealership revenue.
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management tasks to ensure vehicle availability aligns with customer demand.
Develop strong relationships through excellent communication skills, bilingual support if applicable, and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment.
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and public speaking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math concepts.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently from prospecting to closing.
Knowledge of outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and B2B (business-to-business) sales strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team while maintaining high levels of motivation and professionalism.
