Sales Associate – Volkswagen / Audi / Pre-Owned

Tasca Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team! This is a unique opportunity to represent Volkswagen and Audi, while also having access to a massive pre-owned inventory of 800+ vehicles across our network.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle from our new Volkswagen & Audi lineup and extensive pre-owned inventory
Handle inbound and outbound leads using Eleads CRM
Proactively follow up with customers via phone, text, and email
Set appointments and convert leads into sales
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivated mindset
Comfortable working leads and managing follow-up
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Desire to grow within a large, fast-growing automotive group

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
