REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required: At least five (5) or more years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
Required: At least two (2) work references with name and contact information
Available to work flexible hours and weekends and be a Team Player
Leadership & Coaching skills with a real passion for developing an Elite Sales team
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, who is easy to get along with
Attention to detail is a must
Excellent organization is important as well as problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and computer knowledge are required
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
