We are looking for a Mopar Express Lane Advisor to join our team and ensure an exceptional service experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Intake:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Collect vehicle information and service history.
Listen to customer concerns and recommend maintenance services.

Service Sales & Recommendations:

Educate customers on Mopar-recommended maintenance.
Provide accurate cost estimates and service explanations.
Upsell additional services based on vehicle needs.

Workflow & Coordination:

Assign vehicles to express lane technicians for timely service.
Monitor service progress and communicate wait times.
Ensure accurate completion of service orders and paperwork.

Customer Satisfaction & Follow-Up:

Address customer questions and concerns professionally.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business.

Documentation & Payments:

Accurately document service details in the dealership system.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Maintain compliance with dealership and warranty policies.

Qualifications:

✅ Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred.
✅ Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and Mopar products.
✅ Strong communication and sales skills.
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus.
