Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up communications to generate leads and close deals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new clients through B2B sales, networking, and marketing efforts.
Conduct high-end automobile sales by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, and upselling additional features or services.
Negotiate terms of sale effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction while meeting dealership targets.
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels for sales opportunities.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage leads, and follow up on prospects efficiently.
Deliver engaging presentations and participate in public speaking events to promote dealership offerings.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that attract potential buyers and increase dealership visibility.
Maintain professional phone etiquette and organizational skills to support smooth operations within the dealership.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automotive products.
Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, or high-end sales environments.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Experience with cold calling, outbound sales, upselling, and deal closing techniques.
Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive or retail sectors is advantageous.
