We are looking for someone who can motivate a team, drive performance, develop talent, and help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals
Desk deals and structure transactions effectively
Monitor daily activity, appointments, closing ratios, and gross performance
Work closely with F&I and BDC departments to maximize results
Train and develop sales staff on process, product knowledge, and customer experience
Ensure high CSI and maintain strong customer relationships
Help recruit and onboard top sales talent
Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable showroom culture

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven track record of driving sales performance
Experience desking deals and working with lender structures
High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
CDK and VinSolutions experience is a plus
