Cyclewise Inc., Vermont’s Premium Powersports dealership, is seeking a highly organized, customer‑service‑driven Powersports Service Manager to join our family. Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the Service Department
Deliver exceptional customer service from intake through delivery
Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
Maintain an organized, efficient workflow for technicians and service writers
Oversee scheduling, warranty, repair orders, service bulletins, and documentation
Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely parts availability
Monitor and report on key service metrics, including: technician efficiency and productivity, estimate and repair order accuracy, workflow timeliness and on-time job completion, proficiency metrics tied to accuracy, consistency, and process compliance
Use performance data to improve department operations and customer experience
Drive service sales and upsell opportunities by identifying repair and maintenance needs
Train, support, and coach service staff to uphold dealership standards
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and Cyclewise quality expectations

Qualifications

· Strong background in service management within powersports or automotive environments.
· Knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
· Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships through clear communication and technical expertise.
· Experience with service writing and estimating software to accurately assess repair needs and costs.
· Strong sales acumen, with the ability to confidently upsell services while maintaining honesty and integrity.
· Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating a team and driving departmental performance with a calm, solution-oriented approach

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
