Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the automotive industry. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they have an enjoyable and informative experience. Your ability to negotiate and upsell will be crucial in meeting sales targets and maintaining inventory control.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives with potential buyers to showcase vehicle performance.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring that the showroom is well-stocked with vehicles that meet market demand.
Utilize phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently.
Assist in dealership events and promotions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a dealership environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with clients.
Familiarity with inventory management practices is preferred.
Ability to upsell products and services while maintaining integrity in customer interactions.
Proficient negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
A strong understanding of sales management principles and practices is beneficial.
