Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in automotive sales, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will help us continue our tradition of outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate sales opportunities.
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to clients, tailoring presentations to meet their needs.
Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and closing activities.
Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to secure mutually beneficial deals.
Upsell additional products and services such as extended warranties, accessories, and maintenance packages.
Maintain organized inventory management records and ensure accurate documentation of all sales activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader client base.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously within a CRM system.
Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, and retail math is preferred.
Effective communication skills including public speaking and phone etiquette.
Prior dealership experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B sales, upselling, and high-end sales environments is a plus. Pay: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
