Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to prospective car buyers. You will leverage your outbound sales skills and market knowledge to connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in retail sales or outside sales.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up communications.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to establish rapport and build relationships with clients.
Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate listings.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences that can inform sales strategies.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to customers.
Assist customers in the selection process by understanding their needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all inventory is presented attractively on the sales floor.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outbound sales or retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of inventory management practices and techniques.
Familiarity with market trends in the automotive sector is a plus.
Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems for tracking customer interactions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory control.
