We are looking for a high-level Automotive Service Advisor who can lead the customer experience, drive revenue with integrity, and help us continue raising the standard in the automotive industry.

What You’ll Do

Greet and build relationships with customers from check-in to delivery
Listen carefully, identify concerns, and translate them into clear repair orders
Present repair recommendations with confidence, honesty, and clarity
Manage workflow between technicians and customers for efficiency
Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and updates
Deliver a premium, concierge-level customer experience
Maintain strong closing ratios and profit margins while protecting customer trust
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Contribute to a positive, professional, team-driven culture

Experience:

Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
Strong sales and customer service background
Track record of high closing ratios and customer satisfaction

Skills:

Strong math and estimate-building confidence
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
