Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and a passion for customer service, with the ability to engage with clients and guide them through the car buying process. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions from our extensive vehicle inventory.

We recently purchased the Nissan dealership on Cable Rd. Along with recently changing our name to DriveHub (formally Josh’s All Under Ten)

Currently stocking around 250 units .

I need you to have prior dealership experience. As we are a fast growing dealership and extremely busy with little down time. We do not have the time to properly train someone that is just now getting into the field .

Duties

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Conduct outbound sales efforts to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
Present vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of current market trends and dealership inventory to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transactions and follow-up on leads.
Participate in public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership events or specials.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within a dealership or automotive environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in public speaking.
Familiarity with sales software and tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive approach to outbound sales efforts and lead generation strategies.
A valid driver's license is required for test drives and customer interactions.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
