This isn’t just a job answering phones. You’ll be the face and voice of Essig’s Automotive — helping our customers feel confident, informed, and taken care of from the moment they walk through our doors.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude

Answer phones and help customers with questions Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Communicate with technicians and customers to keep things moving Create and process invoices and payments Help customers understand their recommended services and repairs Handle customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Keep our front office organized and welcoming

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Able to multitask in a busy shop environment

Automotive experience is a plus — but personality, work ethic, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.
