WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to hit — and exceed — monthly goals
Drive customer pay revenue through strong maintenance menu sales and upsell processes
Coach advisors on effective service writing, client communication, and vehicle walk-arounds
Monitor key performance indicators: ELR, CP Hours per RO, and total fixed op gross
Build lasting relationships with clients that keep them coming back
Maintain a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement

Proven background in automotive service — advisor or management experience strongly preferred
Strong sales instincts with deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service processes
