Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Parts Manager to oversee the parts department of our organization. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, sourcing parts, and ensuring efficient operations within the department.

Duties:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts department operations
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stocking of parts
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts
- Manage shipping and receiving processes
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Collaborate with the service department for automotive diagnostics and repair needs
- Implement demand planning strategies to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards
- Conduct sourcing activities to find quality parts at competitive prices

Requirements:

- Proven experience in parts management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in inventory control practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform automotive diagnostics is advantageous
- Experience in demand planning and sourcing activities
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
