Our Genesis dealership is in a strong growth phase, and we need a Service Manager who can elevate both performance and experience. This is an opportunity for a driven leader to shape the culture of a developing shop while delivering a truly high-end, luxury customer journey. The client base is growing but still small enough to give every interaction an exceptional experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a small but growing service team
Create and maintain a premium, concierge-level customer experience
Monitor previous day performance and processes
Track Productivity daily
Coach Advisors and technicians to consistently exceed expectations
Monitor Effective Labor Rate and HPRO
Collaborate with leadership to scale the department strategically
Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or high-level Advisor ready to step up
Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and relationship-building
Keep CSI above OEM benchmark and top 4 in district.
Passion for developing people and creating a positive team culture

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
