We are a fast-growing, high-volume dealership in Northwest Arkansas, and we are looking for top-tier talent to join our Business Development Center (BDC). If you are a motivated professional with a proven track record in automotive internet sales or lead management, we want to talk to you.

Job Description:

We are seeking Experienced Automotive BDC Agents who know how to turn internet leads and inbound calls into confirmed showroom appointments.

We need seasoned professionals who understand the automotive sales cycle, feel comfortable managing a high volume of daily activities, and know how to build value over the phone and via text/email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their entire buying experience.

What You’ll Do:

Qualify customers, answer their questions professionally, and guide them toward the right vehicle solutions.
Master our dealership CRM to meticulously log customer data, track interactions, and schedule tasks.
Successfully overcome objections and confidently secure appointments for our sales team.
Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and floor sales staff to ensure a seamless handoff for the customer.
Meet and exceed monthly key performance indicators (KPIs), including outbound dials, contact rates, and set/show appointments.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Automotive BDC Agent or Internet Sales Specialist (Required).
Proven track record of hitting monthly appointment-setting goals.
Strong telephone communication skills—clear, energetic, persuasive, and professional.
Excellent written communication skills for professional email and text follow-ups.
Proficiency with automotive CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, etc.) and lead management software.
Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays.

Paid time off and vacation.
A professional, structured, and supportive work environment designed to help you succeed.
Opportunities for career advancement within the dealership.
