Role and Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customers' concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
Communicate complex technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments, balancing workload for the service team.
Ensure timely completion of customer vehicles, adhering to promised delivery times.
Lead and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Generate and explain service estimates to customers.
Manage service-related paperwork efficiently.
Monday through Saturday work-week.

Qualifications:

Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry with tire sales and service knowledge.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Leadership experience in a service department is preferred.
Proficiency in using automotive service software and computer applications.
Tire sales experience is highly desirable.
Bi-lingual is a plus.

Compensation:

Start at $1,000 per week plus commission and bonuses.
