We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Service Representative to support our service department and enhance the customer experience across our dealerships.

Position Overview:
The BDC Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for service customers. This role focuses on inbound and outbound calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth communication flow between customers and the service department.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound service calls and respond to online inquiries promptly
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Make outbound follow-up calls regarding maintenance reminders and missed appointments
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM
Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
Coordinate with service advisors and management to ensure customer needs are met
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance goals

Qualifications:

Prior BDC, call center, or automotive service experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable handling high call volume
Basic computer skills and CRM experience a plus
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
