We are looking for managers for our store located on the southern NH Northern MA border. Ensure smooth operations during the shift, addressing any issues that arise and coordinating tasks among team members. Delegate tasks, manage employee schedules, and oversee staff performance. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and conduct inventory checks to prevent shortages or overstocking. Address customer inquiries and complaints. Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment for staff and customers. MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE PARTS AND MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Requirements

- Must have knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and/or systems

- Basic computer skills

- Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus

- Effective interpersonal / customer service skills

- Effective communication skills – verbal and written

- Must be able to manually handle/carry items that weigh up to 50 lbs.

- Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record (MVR) that meets company's requirements.

- Interest in working in a team-oriented work environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $50,001.00 per year
