We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Experienced F&I Manager to join our team! In this vital role, you will lead the finance and insurance process, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers while maximizing dealership profitability. Your expertise in customer relationship management, financial services, and deal negotiation will drive success and foster lasting client relationships. Responsibilities

Manage the entire F&I process by presenting financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, upselling, and personalized service.
Collaborate with lenders to secure favorable loan terms and ensure smooth loan processing.
Review contracts thoroughly to ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) regulations and dealership policies.
Conduct credit analysis to determine appropriate financing solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Maintain accurate records using financial software, including Title processing, deal documentation.
Negotiate deals confidently while adhering to dealership guidelines and legal requirements. Experience
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial services role within the automotive industry or dealership environment.
Strong background in customer relationship management, sales, and upselling techniques.
Familiarity with credit analysis, contract review, and loan processing procedures.
Knowledge of TILA regulations and title processing procedures.
Proficiency with financial software applications and basic math skills for accurate calculations.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
