Imola Motors is a growing independent Used Car Dealership located in Newfoundland, NJ. Our inventory continues to expand and new vehicles arrive regularly. We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a long-term career in automotive sales. As our dealership continues to grow, our employees will have the opportunity to grow with the business and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with vehicle selection and purchasing
Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
Respond to internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers
Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships
Work with management to structure and close deals
Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
