Responsibilities:

Following up on all service appointments
Communicate daily status updates and service needs to our clients
Working with service manager to ensure that all goals are met
Maintaining up-to-date Porsche training certification
Ability to maintain a high Service Satisfaction CSI Score

Requirements:

Ability to create a memorable experience for our clients
Must be a skillful communicator.
A passion to welcome people to our business environment
Will make servicing vehicles fun and enjoyable
Ability to work in a positive business environment
Must be able to work and thrive in a TEAM atmosphere
