Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
Maintain product knowledge on current inventory and industry trends
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
Complete all paperwork accurately and in compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications

Experience in Car Sales and Finance
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
