What You’ll Do

Command daily operations across every department
Drive sales, service, and next-level customer satisfaction
Train, inspire, and develop high-performing managers
Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
Set big goals — then crush them
Ensure compliance across all regulations
Create the kind of team environment people love to work in

What You’ll Bring

2–4 years management or sales leadership experience
Powersports or auto background preferred
A deep understanding of dealership operations
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills
CDK or Lightspeed knowledge is a plus
