What we look for in a Parts Manager:

Previous dealership or aftermarket automotive parts management experience
Proficiency in ADP/CDK a plus
Knowledge of modern inventory control methods
High level of automotive knowledge
Supervisory experience
Excellent computer skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Positive attitude with a desire to excel

Job responsibilities of a Parts Manager

Provide a superior customer service experience
Provide support for growing service and sales departments
Manage and maintain an active, dynamic parts inventory
Utilize manufacturer’s programs to minimize overstock and aging
Provide direction and leadership to your staff
Provide support for our fast-growing parts e-commerce and wholesale business
Maintain active, positive relationships with factory representatives
