Job Summary
As a Service Advisor, you will manage customer relationships, recommend services, and guide each repair order from write-up to delivery. You will work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving while keeping customers informed.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
Explain services and repairs in a clear, professional way
Manage appointments and provide status updates
Recommend maintenance based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs
Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation

Qualifications

Service Advisor or dealership experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
Comfortable working in a performance-based pay structure
