Kubota of Grove is growing and has a need for a Parts Manager who has the desire to grow with our company!

As a Kubota dealer, we sell, service, and rent construction and turf equipment in the area. Kubota is the #1 compact construction brand in the United States and we are aiming to be the #1 compact construction dealer in the greater Grove area!

We’re looking for an experienced parts professional who can lead a team of parts specialists and warehouse staff to be the best dealer in Grove. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maximizing department profitability, managing inventory levels, ensuring order accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective inventory workflows and action plans to increase fill rates and department turns.
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of parts specialists to ensure they possess the product knowledge and customer service skills to excel in their roles.
Monitor parts metrics and KPIs (inventory turnover, margins, and obsolescence) to track individual and department performance.
Manage the procurement process effectively, including core returns, freight claims, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the Service Department and sales teams to ensure parts availability to meet repair timelines and customer demand.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and inventory targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment.
Previous experience in parts management, heavy equipment, automotive parts, or dealership operations is preferred.
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet urgent customer and shop demands.
Strong organizational skills and familiarity with computerized inventory management systems.
Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Pre-employment drug screening required.

Monday - Friday: Full-Time
Saturday: 8 am - Noon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
