Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

Use dealership software to develop business via phone calls, text, and emails
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Daily knowledge of used car inventory
Keep abreast of features, conditions, and warranty status of used vehicle makes and models
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources
Work with Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations
Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and closing sales
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently

Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements:

Must possess excellent phone skills
Prior telemarketing experience a huge plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and outgoing demeanor
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
