Sales Consultant | Max Motors

We're hiring people who want to win. Not people who want a job.

Max Motors runs Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chevrolet and GMC stores across Richmond, Butler, Nevada and Clinton. We move a lot of metal, and we do it the straight way: honest numbers, fast deals, customers who come back and send their friends.

We work hard. We pay for it. And when life happens at home, home wins. Every time.

Work every customer like they'll be your customer for 20 years, because at Max they will be
Own your follow-up through phone, text, video, email and CRM, with no lead left behind
Know the product cold, so you can show it, drive it and explain it in plain English
Earn the sale with transparency, not pressure
Show up for the team: sold units are celebrated, and so is helping a teammate close theirs

Family comes first. That's not a slogan.

Kid's ballgame. Parent in the hospital. Anniversary dinner. We cover the floor and you go. We'll ask you to run hard when you're here. We will never ask you to choose this job over the people you do it for.

We grow leaders

Most of our managers started where you'd start. We build closers into desk managers and desk managers into GMs. If you want to lead, we'll show you how. Then we'll hand you the keys.
