We're looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service operation at a busy Long Island domestic franchise dealership.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading all daily service department operations
Managing and developing service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Increasing labor sales, customer-pay business, and overall department profitability
Driving technician productivity, efficiency, and retention
Monitoring and improving CSI scores and customer retention
Ensuring repair orders are handled accurately and efficiently
Managing scheduling, workflow, and shop capacity
Maintaining manufacturer standards and warranty compliance
Creating a positive, accountable, and performance-driven work environment

What We're Looking For

Automotive Service Manager experience required
Domestic franchise experience preferred
Strong understanding of service department KPIs and financial performance
Proven ability to grow sales and profitability within a fixed operations environment
Experience recruiting, coaching, and retaining technicians and advisors
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering a first-class service experience

Compensation$150,000 – $250,000+ Per Year
