Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person to schedule appointments and answer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing the BDC Agents and customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

-Review daily, weekly and monthly reports using the CRM

-Daily training for the BDC Agents, role playing with scripts.

-Work with the sales team to assist in improving sales.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Knowledge of dealership operations and processes is a plus
- Strong math skills for calculating quotes, discounts, and payments accurately
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing, discounts, and profit margins
