Job Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring every client receives courteous, prompt, and professional attention that exceeds their expectations
Drive service sales and maximize gross profit through effective upselling and recommendation of necessary repairs and maintenance
Clearly communicate repair recommendations, technical information, and service options to customers in a transparent and trustworthy manner
Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage daily workflow
Open, update, and close repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
Consistently maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score at or above manufacturer and dealership standards

Job Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Strong automotive technical knowledge
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a team-oriented environment
