About the Role

Nissan of Lewisville, under new ownership, is hiring a top-tier New Car Sales Manager. We are not looking for average or mid-level managers. Only candidates with a documented record of leading high-volume Nissan (or equivalent) dealerships to top performance will be considered. This role requires a builder and a closer—someone who can recruit, shape, and drive a championship-caliber sales team.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and retain a high-performance sales force
Consistently deliver top-of-market sales results in volume and profitability
Establish strict accountability processes for sales performance
Partner with finance and used car operations to maximize dealership growth
Drive culture, training, and execution to outperform competition
Set the standard by leading from the front

Qualifications

Proven Nissan sales management success required (top 20% store or better)
Strong record of building sales teams that exceed objectives
Advanced knowledge of dealership finance and used operations preferred
Exceptional leadership, closing, and coaching skills
Only candidates with executive-level sales management experience will be considered
