Qualifications

Proven dealership experience in automotive sales
Strong public speaking and communication skills
Excellent customer service and retail sales abilities
Proficient in outbound sales and sales support
Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management
Negotiation skills and experience in high-end sales
Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner to understand their automotive needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features to potential buyers.
Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain customer relationships.
Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure inventory is well-managed and displayed.
Provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
