Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Service Advisor to join our vibrant service department. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring smooth communication, efficient service processes, and outstanding customer experiences. Your proactive approach will help drive sales through upselling and provide expert guidance on vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service needs
Prepare estimates, work orders, and service writing with precision and clarity
Promote additional services such as oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, suspension work, and transmission diagnostics to enhance customer value
Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services
Handle cash transactions accurately and manage service-related paperwork efficiently
Maintain detailed records of vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and customer interactions for quality assurance
Perform customer follow up and maintain CSI standards set by the manufacturer.

Requirements

Proven dealership experience or background in automotive service is preferred but not required.
Basic familiarity with a wide range of automotive systems including transmissions, oil changes, brake systems, suspensions, tire services, and diesel engines
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
Experience in auto estimating, service writing, or auto body repair is advantageous
Ability to upsell effectively while maintaining integrity and customer trust
Cash handling experience combined with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes is desirable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
