What the role involves

The associate offers sales input and customer service tailored to each customer's needs and resolves customer issues, complaints, and return requests.

What the company is looking for

Candidates need outstanding written communication skills, since much of the work happens by email and through online marketplaces. PC experience and proficiency with the MS Office Suite are expected.
