Duties

Actively engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and preferences.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and dealership.
Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
Upsell additional products, services, or warranties to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
Maintain high standards of phone etiquette, public speaking, and professional communication during all interactions with clients and team members.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end sales confidently.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
Excellent organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline and follow up on leads diligently.
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and marketing tools used in dealership environments.
Outstanding customer service skills combined with effective outbound sales techniques such as cold calling and telemarketing.
Exceptional communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly.
Knowledge of retail math, automotive sales processes, inventory control, and dealership operations.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining organizational efficiency.
