Essential Functions:

Manages a team responsible for production or assembly of presses, lathes, grinders, pumps, compressors, or other machines.
Purchases or acquires raw materials or components as needed.
Ensures that output of parts or equipment meets established production schedules or quality goals.
Loads, checks and runs tooling and programs to very precise tolerances.
Performs in-process inspection and documents results.
Monitors and maintains tooling during job run.
Other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience:

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience.

Environmental Conditions:

Indoors in normal manufacturing environment with minimal exposure to excessive noise, dust, and fumes.
Frequently work at fast pace with unscheduled interruptions.

The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing areas were under certain conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. Industrial lighting provided.

Pay: $79,300.00 - $98,600.00 per year
