Detailer Responsibilities

Wash, wax, and buff vehicles
Clean interior and exterior of vehicles
Clean and extract carpets of vehicles
Clean engines and engine compartments of vehicles
Applies special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
Communicates with Service Advisors to provide estimate for additional repairs
Assists in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards

Position Type: This is a full-time position. Both first and second shift roles available.

Required License/Certification:

Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for 10 hours or more
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent
One year of relevant experience

Work Environment: This job operates within an automotive dealership within the service and detail departments. An individual will also spend a considerable amount of time outdoors in this position.
