What You’ll Do

Greet service customers in a professional and friendly manner
Write accurate repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
Review maintenance needs and recommend appropriate services
Communicate repair status, estimates, approvals, and completion times
Work closely with technicians, parts, dispatch, and management
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Follow up with customers before, during, and after their visit
Help maximize service department productivity and profitability
Deliver a premium ownership experience that reflects the Volvo brand

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has dealership service advisor experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should have:

Previous Service Advisor experience required
Luxury brand, European brand, or Volvo experience preferred
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to explain repairs and maintenance clearly
Excellent phone, computer, and follow-up skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask while staying focused on the customer
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
