What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3-5 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a large volume, reputable dealership.

Responsibilities

Acts as liaison between the dealership and the lending partners
Utilization of a menu-based selling process
Present financial services products in a transparent and compliant manor to every customer
Ensure every customer gets turned over to Finance
Track portfolios with lenders
Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to insure a timely turn around on all deals, as well as the accuracy of all documents produced in the department
Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals while also looking out for the dealerships best interests as a whole
Be an example of professional morals, ethics and excellent customer service (CSI)
Schedule one-on-one and group trainings with your Salespeople and Sales Managers on an ongoing basis
Ensures adherence to F&I reporting requirements of company
Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience working as a Finance Manager of a reputable, large volume dealership

Leadership Capabilities
Ability to Train and Assist fellow employees
Process Driven and able to initiate, implement, and monitor process.
Unwavering commitment to customer service
Passion for coaching and development
Excellent relationship building skills
Strong work ethic, excellent communications skills and attention-to-detail
Computer savvy and team-oriented
Preferred CDK experience
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
